A BOY IS A GUN*
A Boy Is A Gun is, in my opinion, continuing backwards from New Magic Wand. In the three verses, we witness the three phases of Tyler's relationship with the boy. At first, he's enjoying the relationship, even if he knows it has a toxics side. Later, the two start having problems. And in the third verse, Tyler describes how he's leaving his lover.
I put this song cronologically before New Magic Wand, because the ex described in the second verse might be the girlfriend that Tyler wants to make disappear. It makes more sense from a narrative stand point than the other way around.
